Abstract - A paradigm of esoterism and self-realization in the circle of Far-Eastern culture of spare time

In this treatise the author concentrates on the meaning of the spiritual life in the Far East cultures. Spiritual life creates a sphere where the social or cultural borders can be overcome. For these cultures the religious practices play important role in the esoteric tradition, the essence of which is the incessant aspiration to participation in the process of self-fulfilment and the need of faithfulness passed by a wise master.
In the second part covering the process of self-fulfilment in the systems of ancient India the guidelines and modification of the process are essential – as a result of karmana and reincarnation doctrine. It presents the need of facing the ideas of Upanishad pointing to the immense role of the inner experience and the possibility of recognising the final reality in-self. The aim of this work is separation all which subordinates the rules of change from recognising the essence grounds for recognising “I”. Identification with mystic experience of human being – in the unity with the atman (satsanga) in the conscious way (chitta) giving the feeling of happiness (ananda).
